    DSL is gone. I now have FIOS. DSL worked a lot better at this location and did very well.

    You can see my first attempt at DSL when I lived in the city. Didn't go so well. Tried again after Comcast decided to raise rates yet again.

    Ordered online DSL price for life on a Saturday. Got DSL modem on Tuesday. Hooked it up that night and it was up and running. Speeds consistant with 768k service. Newer Westell 6100 modem had slightly different menus so it took a little more effort but it works. BIG difference than when I tried in the city.

    OLD REVIEW:

    Ordered 8/23/00 (day before strike ended.) SRD date was 10/300. Finally had to get techs in to istall it on 11/24/00. Got around 150 kbps the entire time (paid for 640/90) and for 3 days got 350kbps down. Talked to tech support. USELESS! Talked to Presidential appeals. USELESS! Was told by sales rep that I was 12,000 ft from CO. Techs say I am 19,400 ft from CO. I shouldn't be able to have DSL according to the distance. I gave up and cancelled today. They don't reply to emails or voice mails.
